This private limited firm registered with the Joint Stock Companies has recently started function as the Guardian of the individual proprietorship trading houses under the Group. The entire liabilities of the individual concerns have been transferred to this body. This measure has been taken to consolidate the bond of the houses in the businesses and to introduce corporate accounting system in the businesses of the entire sister concerns of the Group under one limited company.
