The mill is situated in the village Boiragirchala in the Sreepur Upa Zilla of Gazipur district. It has 1,16,000 sft main factory building with another 20000 sft covered area for quality control, utility, store, workshop, dormitory, office & others. AMAN Cotton Fibrous Ltd. possess an installed capacity of 30,960 spindles capable of producing 56, 31,624 Kgs of cotton per year. The company manufactures auto coned electronically cleared cotton yarns for weaving and hosiery applications. All the machineries imported from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Japan & China are contemporary, high-tech and hi-speed most modern machines to spin the finest quality cotton yarn conforming to global standards.
The installation of a high capacity yarn-conditioning machine has enabled the mill to meet the international standards. The company manufactures 100% cotton Carded; Combed & Semi combed ring spun grey yarn for knitting as well as weaving,
between Ne 20s to Ne 40s. In compliance with the quality commitment and quality policy the mill is fully equipped with highly sophisticated QC Laboratory & professionally skilled QC and Research teams. A segment of this manpower is devoted in the R&D for continuous improvement in the production, quality and compliance of all norms to cope with international standard.
